Baby Shower

Yesterday I hosted a baby shower for my friend, LeAnn.  The baby's room is jungle themed, so I carried that over into the shower.

Mitzi Came Home

We went and picked up Mitzi today.  She's home with us now. 

The flowers and balloons are from friends.  We'll take Mitzi to Build-A-Bear next week.

Nadija's Birthday Cake

So, here it is.....my first fondant birthday cake a'la Cookie Monster.  I was a nervous wreck making the icing and hoped it would turn out.  Guess I didn't need to worry so much!

Danjela getting ready for her day at the ranch.  The first day she rode a horse all by herself, went on a hay ride, and roped a wooden steer.  The second day she went rafting.  Mommy was a nervous wreck all weekend.  (Notice Danjela is "reading" the Bible)

Nadija didn't get to do all that fun stuff, but they went to the Children's Museum, played games and watched a lot of Elmo
