Please Be Patient.....

Dear Friends and Family -

As we count down our last hours together as a family, I ask that you please be patient while waiting for news and/or photographs to be posted.

Contrary to popular belief, I do not spend 24/7 on the computer....LOL!  Between getting Marc ready, spending time with the girls, and my duties as the Family Readiness Group Leader to 33 families, my time is spread thin. 

I understand that not everyone is on Facebook and not everyone has access to our blog -- which leads me to have to post the same photos or information 3 or 4 times....on my personal FB page, on this blog, on Marc's FB page, and at times through email.....which means that it may be a day or two before everyone is able to see any updates and/or pictures.

So I ask that until we get into the swing of this deployment and I get a better rhythm for passing information, please bear with me as I try to balance everything and update you all as quickly as I can.

So, it seems that we're having some difficulty with the privacy settings and not all of you are able to access the blog when it's private.  Soooooo......with that in mind, after talking with Marc, we will make the blog open once again.

Important information (dates regarding departure, arrival, addresses, etc.) will be communicated via email only.  Marc and I feel that this is the best and most secure way to send any information.  You will receive an email from booklover1212@yahoo.com, so please make sure that any emails don't go into your Spam folder.

With all that in mind, I thought I'd share some pictures of the unit families making signs for the upcoming Deployment Ceremony.  We all met last night at the base and had a great time getting together and seeing what the kids would come up with.  I didn't take any pictures of the actual signs yet because they still need a few finishing touches!
